Welcome to the 2025 Bell County Youth Fair & Livestock Show online entry system!!
This system will be available from October 15, 2024 until 5:00 pm on December 1, 2024. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE BY 5  p.m. on DECEMBER 1, 2024.
 
BCYF will be held February 1-8, 2025.
The full schedule can be found on the fair website.
*All exhibitors MUST be a member of a Bell County 4H/FFA/FCCLA club and have attended TWO meetings between Aug. 1 - Dec. 31, 2024 to be eligible to participate.
 
* Online entry instructions: Click the "Sign In" tab in the upper right corner, choose "Exhibitor" and enter your information. You must create a new profile and password each year. In order to save your profile you must "Save a Cart" or complete an entry.
TIP: Choose "Quick Group" if you will be submitting entries for mulitple family members and check out all in the same cart.
 
* Once your account is created you can begin adding entries for the exhibitor.
 
*Choose a Department, then a Division, and select the classes you wish to participate in or the number of entries you want.
Please read the "Special Instructions" at the top of each page before making your entries.
Pay attention to the Junior, Intermediate or Senior classes and choose the one appropriate for your age/grade as of Jan. 1, 2025.
 
"Add entries" to your cart before you continue.
 
* When you have completed your entries and you reach the "Review" page, review your entries and "Check Out".
 
Remember: A "Saved Cart" is not completed entries.
 
** YOU MUST PAY ONLINE; PAYMENTS WILL NOT ACCEPTED AT THE FAIR OFFICE**
